League Management Software

What do you use?  Are there any good free programs for this, or at least reasonably priced?  My Gramps is asking me because he's taking over Secretary duties for his Seniors league.

I posted here to get opinions of people who have actually worked with the stuff!  I can find Google's "featured" search results on my own.

I used CDE Software, BLS and it is very user friendly.  

The cost was not bad and the annual updates are very inexpensive.  You can purchase just the secretary/treasure software or the Pro version that includes brackets. - www.cdesoftware.com is their website.
