Order Arrived from Buddie's - Sort of

So I ordered a Sauce, a 3 ball roller, and shoes from Buddie's Pro Shop on Friday.  The price was the best around (coupled with the free shipping).  My order arrived today.  Well, my ball did.  The bag and shoes did not.  I called and they informed me that those items were shipping from a different warehouse.  A return call from them stated that they did not ship at all and I would receive them in two days.

As long as I receive the bag and shoes on Thursday, I will give my experience a relatively high mark, as they immediately resolved the issue regarding not originally shipping them.  Mistakes happen, and they fixed it quick.

Thats why when you order from Buddies you get the product quickly.  He has deals with most of the distributors from coast to coast and he orders from them and they drop ship directly to you.  Sometimes the distributors inventory is wrong and things do not go out.  Sweet deal for Buddies.

Even when they get it 100% correct Buddies, like many other online distributors, often drop ship. So your ball may be shipped from one location while the shoes and bag may ship from another location.

When I order from Buddies, it seems like tape, polish, abralon pads, and such arrives first, balls next, bags last. I've never had a problem getting help from them when needed. Indeed, they've often been proactive with my orders, calling me when they didn't want to assume to know my preferences when an order couldn't be filled.
