2 Questions...
« on: May 13, 2004, 02:02:13 AM »
Hi everyone, I need a little help. This summer i am planning on buying a pair of tour ultras and a 6 ball roller. Ok now for my questions.... I currently own dexter shoes and I wear 10 and 1/2 in them. Is ABS sizes the same as dexter??? And, do they make a 6 boll roller that you can take parts of the bag off to where you can carry say 2 or 4 balls??? (I am aware that may look dorky and I know the point of a 6 ball roller is for 6 balls but its me here) All help is greatly appreciated. Thanks. Kyle

I made the switch to ABS from Dexter and i'll never wear another pair of Dexters again.  The ABS shoes are so much more comfortable and durable.  As for the size, to me it seems that they are the same fit size-wise.  As per the 6 ball roller, I can't be of any help there.

I can speak to the shoes question, although not in relation to Dexter.  I wear an 11.5 In Nike shoes and the ABS 11.5 fits me perfect.  I do not like the way that Reeboks feel on my foot: they are a little narrow and (if I remember right) longer than Nikes in the same size, i.e.: I wore a size 11 Reebok.

Before I got my ABS Tour Ultras, I had size 11 Classic Linds (approx 18 years old) and I thought they felt great...until I put on the ABS.  WOW!  What a difference.

ABS TOUR ULTRA ALL THE WAY!!!!!

Second thought, I agree with Ragnar here. That bag is awfully big. I think i will look into a 4 ball roller.

Hey Bowling Dude,

From my experience, Dexter SST 5-6 line and the ABS Tour Ultra's have been very close in size.  They transleate across pretty evenly.

6 ball bags are bulky IMHO, maybe consider a 4 ball and a dbl tote.  PM me if you need anything else bud...

If you are left handed, Not many stores or online shops carry them in
LH because they are special order. My Dyno-Thane rep told me there is
6-8 Week turn around on the Tour Ultra and sometime The Tour deluxe.
But the Tour Ultra`s are awsome..
