We'll, after the first week of bowling I promised I would update my league averages when the third week finished for both of my leagues.  You might recall that I shot 620's in both leagues for the first week, so here we go.  My thursday night mens averages are:  627-539-555  for a 191.2 avg.  Sunday night mixed are:  620-432-579  for a 181.2 avg.  Both of the league averages are over last years ending which was 175.  Yes I did have a horrible week 2 in the mixed, but I shot some really good scores to recover.  I am very pleased with my new averages and will try my hardest to maintain them and to even improve them.

I too am up on the averages. I ended last year with a 173 in my Monday Mens league and a 177 in my Thursday Mixed league. Thus far this year, my Monday average is 193 and my Thursday average is 199.7. Keep in mind, I was coached all summer and learned lots. I am pretty confident in joining the 200+ club this year!!

9~  that game of 432 was chock full of opens.  I could not hit the broad side of a barn as you could say.  It was chock full of opens.  The majority of missed spares were on the left side and I am usually pretty accurate on the left.  Oh well.  I just can't wait till this thursday to start increasing my average some more.
