Whoever Finds it First Wins! by Susie Minshew... Great?
« on: December 09, 2015, 07:21:51 PM »
My Family wants to get me something I would enjoy for Christmas.

The above listed book by Susie from BTM?  Great?, just OK?  mediocre?

Your thoughts? I have done an Amazon sample and the initial pages seemed good!
Let me know.

They thank you!

Regards,

Another book I recommend to competitive bowlers is "The Inner Game of Tennis", by W. Timothy Gallwey.  This book is a great source for mental preparation and also for mental performance during competition.

Thanks SP...

I actually read that one...could it be many many years ago.

Regarding Susie's book and writings about lane conditions in BTM.  Any opinions on her line finding techniques?  Great good or blah?

REgards,

I read the book referenced above...  To me seemed rather light on techincal information, heavy on antidotes and stories.  After reading, I may have thought about things a little differently, but not sure I actually learned anything new.
I don't want to discourage you from getting, just trying temper expectations.
