Anybody Use Perfect Secretary Software?
« on: June 06, 2009, 12:49:55 PM »
Our computer at the bowling alley took a dump and my other 1/2 has been charged with maintaining the league scores for the summer leagues with Perfect Secretary.

The problem she is having is that she started using the mid-season start up and after inputting averages and games bowled everything looks good. Now that she entered the next week of scores, the program will not update the bowlers to a new average. It uses the average that was input and seems to be ignoring the new data.

ANybody out there have any experience with the software that can shed some light on the situation?

Thanks in advance!!!

Look in the league setup section, probably some setting is wrong.

Is the checkbox for "Use Entering Averages" checked?
