little advice?
« on: November 02, 2005, 09:03:03 PM »
i have the reoccuring problem of feet being too fast/hand too slow however you want to look at it. someone told me the big problem is that my hand/arm doesn't start exactly on the first step of my 4 step approach. my question is, would it hurt to try a 5 step approach, maybe give me a little more time to get my arm going at the right time? just kind of looking for a quick fix you know? i've been working real hard on it for a few weeks, and i just can't seem to start that dang thing early enough. lmk what the pros/cons would be of this. thanks.

You should try a 5 step approach.

I would try the 5 step because you don't start the down swing right away at the beginning of you takeoff.  I'm switching from 4 to 5 because it seems to give me a little better timing.
