cause there's a lot of "spam" action going on in here.  :o >:(

For you country folk..... spam is island steak! comes in many flavors, just like bowling balls...yet it's still spam...

I was definitely a spam connoisseur when I lived in Hawaii.  I still like it to this day.

 yes internet spam sucks!!!

but bowling and spam sounds good all day!!! as a child in the 80's and going bowling, a rolled up spam sushi was my ham and turkey sandwich. That's why I'm so sexy today. ;)

my three old daughter loves playing with her toy bowling sets (x2, one regular and on set Disney princesses) and loves spam musubi as well!

I'll have the Spam, Spam, Spam, Spam, Spam, Spam, Spam, Spam, Spam, Sausage and Eggs and Spam. Just replace the Sausage and Eggs with Spam. ;D ;D ;D ;D

LOL.... the bowling alley I used to bowl as a youth serves spam fried rice with fried eggs on top.

To be honest, I avoid salty food before bowling. Since I passed 40 years of age, diet does make a difference in feeling like crap or good lol

That's the breakfast of champions!  Fried rice, spam or Portuguese sausage, and 2 eggs (over easy for me!)!!!  That and a large cup of coffee, but you're absolutely right, not just before bowling!  Going swell up and fall asleep at the same time!  LOL!
