First off great series........BUT did anyone else notice that writer said she missed a 900 series by TWO strikes???


"What Verbil did Wednesday night was shoot an 879 series at West Acres Bowl, missing a 900 by two strikes, picking up a spare on the 10th frame of the final game and following that with a strike to end her amazing night"

I guess it is how you look at it.

She had 34 strikes total, needed 36.

Most 279 games don't come on the first ball in the 10th.
