How about Timber Lanes on Irving Park Road?  Is it still there?  My father, Paul Tatman, used to be a regular

there in the 50's and 60's.  By chance anyone remember him?  I realize that it was a very long time ago.

Timber Lanes is still there.  It's changed owners a few times, but it's still the same.  My dad used to be a director when I was little and Timber was one of his houses.  He would take me and my brother along sometimes when he had to give awards or drop off average books, it's just like I remember it.

I know these are in the burbs but two cooler and tougher houses or conditions you will be hard pressed to find.

Tivolli Bowl in down town Downers Grove and St. Vincents Lanes in Aurora off Union St. 1950's wood lanes w/ teeter toter returns oh yeah you also must know how to score here no scorekeepers just plain cool.

One of these days I'm going to put it all together and roll a 300 game
