looking for tapered oval thumb sleeves

I have been to the vise grips web site and have seen that they make a tapered oval sleeve, but I can't find a dealer.  I have been using vise finger inserts and I have asked my dealer to help with this, but I have not received a positive response.  Can anyone point me in the right direction?  all suggestion will be much appreciated.

I did a custom order through Michael Cimba, and it was as smooth as can be.
