I have to second what Jeff Mop said. The conditions in adult leagues are so much easier for the most part. If the shot isn't fresh, they whine and complain about it. Some of them have had the nerve to say, "It's harder up here with the big boys, you don't get those 3-4 boards of area like you do in youth leagues." No, now I've got 5 or 6, I mean honestly. Either you get leftovers, or a mediocre fresh shot. I REALLY miss bowling behind the peewees and getting to bowl sport shot tournaments, now I'm trying so hard to keep up with the scoring pace that I've forgotten how to actually bowl. And while the adults are whining up a storm when the conditions start to break down in their "intimidating" 5 man leagues, you can sit back with a smile on your face, because you'll know how to bowl on patchy or burnt conditions. You may not blow them out of the water, but if you're decent you should be able to at least keep up.
