i cant see that rad. WHERE's THE RAD. Looks kinda like stacked leverage, good drilling. Sand ball down to 400 grit, it will grab sooner, polished out of box so sand it down a bit, 320 for TONS of bite.

sand it to like 1000 see how that works then if you want more then go to 800 then if STILL need more 400 then an extream of 320

sanding the ball down is not a permanant thing, you will have to re-sand. and a red pad is 800 grit, you want more go to 500, or 400.

nah oil shouldn't efect the ball very much (well in the pores) if you keep it clean then its pores will be ok. just sounds like carrydown issues. sand the ball down to 400 see what you think, if its too much lightly polish it up, not enought eigher go to 320 or get a new ball .

www.trackbowling.com look for the clean n dull, best cleaner ever.

take it to a pro shop, tell them you want the ball brought down to 400 grit, they will do it right. costs like 10-15 bucks normally.

i believe so, are you doing it by hand? Go to a pro-shop 800 grit on a spinner is better than by hand.
