droping the ball at the foul line
« on: November 24, 2005, 10:20:32 AM »
I dont know how i started this but i am setting the ball down at the foul line and its causing ever ball i throw to over hook resulting in a 6 count or a split. My question is how should i go about fixing the problem

I had the same problem, and the only thing that really helped me was going with more forward pitch.  I went from 3/8 reverse 1 year ago, and now I am at 3/8 forward and 1/8 under the palm, and I absolutely love it.  MY balls get out onto the lane, and I fell complete control over them.  Take an older ball you have and experiment with more forward pitch.  But make sure you are shortening the span a tiny bit everytime you go more forward.
