Generally, for a low speed ball, I would recommend a High RG ball.  A low RG tends to start hooking sooner and will run out of energy before it gets to the pins.  This is all dependent on the ball type, core, and coverstock.  Work with your local pro shop to determine the best ball for you.
14lb 15.5 mph at pins 325 Revs. Silver Coach, Ball Driller. In Bag:  Storm Pro-Motion, Hyroad X, Matchup, Code Red.

I am a slow to medium speed guy, and I like low rg equipment.  Mainstay in my bag is IQ tour solid( low rg, low diff ).  Also Marvel Pearl, and Cobalt Vibe along with Black Widow Legend. Legend is the highest rg of the bunch, and still only about 2.52 if I remember correctly.

I'm a low rev bowler with medium speed and I tend bowl betther with balls with a lower rg rating. Most of my equipment I try to stick with my rg being between 2.48 to 2.52.
