gravity shift vs bite

I am debating between these 2 balls. I want something earlier than my BWP and stronger on the back end. BWP is drilled layout #1 on the chart (skid/flip). Please ball reviews help me out, i can't decide and it's killing me .

I'm a stroker with 15-17 mph ball speed.

I've used all Ebonite products in my career with the exception of the Cell and i have had no problem with the cover stock durability. I  probably have 300 games or  more on my BWP an it seems to be the same as day 1.

BTW: i bought the gravity
