Ok, tonight i shot 300 with my Storm HOTROD,  and since i got this ball i have been consistantly shooting mid 600's cuz i find my carry is alot better.

And since buying this ball i am gonna revamp my arsenal around lower priced bowling balls that dont hook as much, cuz i dont need big hook.

But i just wanted to know what was the price of your ball AS NEW, not being bought used or something, or a gift, but what would you have paid if you bought it from the pro shop.

i paid 137$ for mine,, not bad for only having it about a month, and having several 700's and nothing lower than a 640 with the ball, and getting a 300 with it.

I shot  my second 300 in 1987 with a 69$ White DOT.

My only sanctioned 300 was shot with a Blue Piranha/C.  $120.

Columbia Spirit $50(ball cost)+$25(drilling cost)= $75. First league game 300.

I also shot 300 with a used pro purple buzzsaw, $80+$25(drilling)=$105.

Congrats on the 300!

#1: Nighthawk M2 - "free" through a ball league
#2: Nighthawk M2 - used, $40-50 from a ballreviews member
#3: Silver Streak Particle - used, $30 from John Figueroa
#4: Silver Streak Pearl - new, $93 from Mike Austin (tonight as well!)

I'm not sure if the Nighthawks were considered high end in there day, but they would be considered midrange now.  Silver Streaks are mid range also.

20$ AUSTRALIAN! Pearl pulse... 2nd or 3rd hand... 10th game i shot 300 with it... never done it since.... LOL

300 this year with my 9 year old Cuda/C, did buy it new way back when...

300 with a Nitro R2 Pearl that my friend gave me for free, just had to plug and drill.  He hated it, I love it.

Last year was my first with a v2 particle 155 drilled from are local pro shop. 1 this year also with a thunderoad solid I bought used for 40. Since then I cant get past the front 8. lol  congrats on your 300.
