Sorry Bizz,
But I have to disagree with you. USBC is to blame for the start of this. Most bowlers when this all started HAD NO CLUE what was going on (The OIL is invisible to them and the ball is still round).
With over 10 years of this things have gotten fine tuned.
1. Manufacturers are smarter. Lots of Research and Development to combat the various oil volumes and patterns faced with the bowler. They always seemed to be one step a head of everyone else.
2. Ball Drillers are smarter (Sometimes I think they are the ones that should get the awards instead of the bowler!). These guys are very talented and skilled at their trade.
3. Center owners are smarter (The know how the oil machine works, they make sure its going to put out a high scoring shot...I am not arguing that point with them).
4. Lane Surfaces and Oil are better.
To me the USBC seemed to be always be one step behind. They have started to fix things but in my opinion the damage has been done. If restrictions would have been put in place sooner this would NOT be happenning NOW.

So before you pass any type of judgement on anyone think about how many times you cried about the shot or complained that the left and right is different.
For you statement....(Assuming when I am not scoring well) Times I have complained is ZERO. I don't put blame somewhere else for poor performance on my part...AND I AM GOING STATE that most on here are the same way.
