Buy a LevRG. My track dropped a few inches.

On a serious note, changing your track is not something you can do easily. I track high and I can spin the ball all I want and my track won't drop. So I'm not quite sure how to lower a track. To get more side rotation, consider pulling in your pinkie and spreading your index. Or if you feel comfortable trying this, tuck your pinkie. I notice more revs and more side rotation doing that without changing anything else.

Lowering your track can often be done with lateral pitch changes.  Mo Pinel does a lot of this sort of thing.

Just cock your wrist to the inside, and keep it there thru the follow-through. It will be disgustingly lower.

A high track like that is usually a result of squeezing the ball.  Try to relax your grip, change pitches if necessary.  I did this with a ball that I was clipping holes and it did lower my track.

Why do you want to lower your track?  Some of the best bowlers in the world have high tracks.  Optimize what you have before you start trying to change your release.
There are several very good technical articles on the Ebonite web site.  The link below will take you to the index for these articles.  The one on axis tilt and rotation is the last one, on the second page of the index.  --  JohnP
