The hotel I suggest is Extended Stay America. It is clean and cheap!
Use the Winston Salem / Hanes Mall location.

Basically, everyone will congregate at the center Friday at noon.  Open bowling and coaching by Ron Clifton.

Saturday, meet  at 9:00 AM, open bowling and more coaching, Bragging Rights tournament at 2:00 PM.  Meeting at 12:00 by everyone that is there to decide how to give away the prizes donated by lane 1.

Sunday will be up to the people that are still there.

KOTM, I just booked my room via the internet for 7/22-7/25 with no problem.  You might try again.  I had 4 room options to choose from and even checked the rate for AAA members after booking my room.  I was curious if the internet rate was lower, it is.
