Make that two nominees

I'm looking to buy a medium oil to heavy oil ball and the nominees are:
Ebonite Showtime Sanded
Storm Atomic Charge

Well the Atomic Charge would handle the most oil, I've seen it roll and it will hook plenty, but I would go with the Nemesis. Last week in league someone threw a 716 against us with it...carried everything and rolled real smooth but strong. Looks like an awesome ball.

All are in the same category: all very fine balls, all very flexible in drilling and surface changes. Drill to get the breakpoint shape you want; polish of sand to allow it to handle the revs your delivery provides and you'll be in business.

(PS There are other balls you can add, but why confuse the issue. If that's where you're at, go from here. Choose your favorite company, choose the one whose reaction you've seen and like best, choose the one your driller favors. I lean towards the Nemesis, with the Atomic a close second. I lean less towards the Showtime ONLY because I have not seen any recently.)

Just curious, but if most people recommened the Nemesis, how come you DON'T want it?  Seems our opinions don't matter?   Not criticizing, I'm just a bit confused.

I made the mistake of not reading the posts until after my reply of thanks. I apoligize to those that were offended by the cutting of the nemesis. I borrowed a nemisis off of my driller (he has the same span and fit that I do minus the thumb) & found out it doesn't fit my style. Again thank you for the input.

You do realize that the one you tried may not have been drilled for your release/rev rate/tilt/etc or for the oil pattern on which you "tried" it.
and that that test oil pattern may not be the one on which you bowl regularly.
and that any one of the balls may need its cover adjusted, after it is drilled, to get the length you need.

Just making sure you "touch all the bases".

Your input made me reexamine my choices and I think I chose the best ball-fit for me; shot to be used on, type of oil, and your input. After careful consideration I've decided to get both the Atomic Charge & the Nemesis. I'll drill the Nemesis for my summer league and let you know my thoughts on this ball. Again thank you to those who responded.
