Pause the video where it gives the 4 key bullet points. Name, league average, problem, and cause. The thing I have been doing is trying to slow down my feet especially early, but I couldn't because my push away was too quick. I slowed down my push away and the first move down and then accelerated. That was the ticket.

Thanks for the link. Rushing the line has frequently been a problem for me. I am looking forward to trying Baker's tip.

Understand your foot speed is your natural tempo or pace...if the swing is not timed correctly with it, it feels out of kilter, that's why it's called timing.
