Anyone have any experience with kwik patch? Looking for an option to get rid of small aesthetic scratches that bolwers think will affect the roll without drilling out and plugging. Lmk. Thanks.

It works fine, you can also use super glue with the accelerator.

I use my regular plug (Pro Plug Ultima), place a small dam around the scratch, let it set up, then work it out. If you use clear plug you'll have problems finding the repair. I've never had one chip out either. -- JohnP

John-I considered doing that, but they're really not big at all. I'd say...1/8"wide maybe 1/2" long...and pretty shallow. You've done it on stuff that small?

Yes, and even smaller than that (it's amazing what some bowlers want repaired). If you use a router, cut it down in steps. I don't have a plug cutter, so can't advise about that. Use clear plug and you have to know where to look to find it. This is also a good way to get rid of some of the small dams we end up throwing away. -- JohnP
