Matchplay Help

I am hoping that someone on here may be able to help me - I am looking to run a scratch double elimination matchplay event in september, but I cant find any sheets for who would play who, and detailing where the winners and losers go on to play. Does anyone know where I could find these? Any help would be appreciated!

Google "double elimination brackets" and you'll get several sites to check.  --  JohnP
