I guess that falls in between being a bit whiffy and a little ripe huh?

It is probably ok though you probably took a Michigan bath and just dumped a bunch of cologne on right?

I've bowled 12 games in 2 hours during quartermania Wednesdays at a local center ....I've since learned to slow it down, but I've only managed to slow it down to 10 when I'm alone.  We usually roll about 6 games when my buddies show up.....

Nollster,

One of the problems with practicing that fast is that you will never bowl leagues or tournaments that fast. AT that speed you kind of lose a sense of what's going on and while muscle memory may set in, mentally you may not catch up with your physical self. Plus exhaustion may make the session less fruitfull than you may like.

Of course there's the pure physical release of exerting that much enery and that's always a positive thing.

I have to believe that to get the most out of practicing by yourself, somewhere between 3 and 4 games per hour will allow you to mentally and physically balance the forces and adjustments.

AM not A CHICK OF BOWLING but I wanted to be in Manda's clique And why would I "saw" pins in half, THATS A WASTE OF PINS! I'd rather blow it over with my storm, and 21mph ball speed on dry shots.

Oh, I've tried soooooo hard to slow down, but I'm one of those excitable types.  If I throw a good/great shot, I can't wait to throw another.  If I throw a bad one, I need to get back up there to correct the problem.  I'm thinking about getting that Warily software to see if taking the time to record my games will slow me down some.  If you think this is bad, you should see me when I golf......
