The best thing for you to do is ask your pro shop staff to help you determine the location of your track.

Usually, a "high track" refers to a track that passes close (within 1 inch) to the finger and thumb hole, on the same side.  If your track passes between your finger and thumb holes, you're likely throwing a full-roller.

The location of your track is an indication of the degree of axis tilt you produce.  Generally, more tilt means a lower track, less tilt a higher track.  There is some belief that more tilt allows the ball to travel further down the lane before hooking and less tilt helps the ball hook sooner.  I've read arguments for and against that belief.
