I looked at the rings for high school 300's and i looked at the order form for them. I also looked at the yaba order form. On the yaba order form, you have to have the league secretary, etc fill it out and certify it. On the HS one, you just fill out the stuff on your own.
Does that mean that an HS 300(or honor score) is not sanctioned, its just if you shoot one, you can satisfy yourself by getting a ring?
