micro fiber towels
« on: June 17, 2003, 02:00:17 AM »
I have never used one and wondered exactly what the benefit of a micro fiber towel is. Is there a benefit using one of them as opposed to using a ball manufacturer's towel?

I am not even sure if I know what they are. Where can they be found?

For a great, legal touch up - get the microfiber towel damp. It REALLY cleans well then.
I will use this during competition - as far as I know, they haven't made water illegal during tournaments (yet).

And if you use a damp microfiber towel with a spinner, it's almost as good as the cleaners (expensive, or cheap ones).

Mumzie, Why use it damp?  You are using it to pick up oil and dirt. Wetting it would spread the oil more wouldn't it.
