Middle Finger Injury

Hello all,

I was practising some new throwing approaches and it really messed me up though.  My middle finger is absolutely killing me (finger tip is fine, kills after the first bone).  It's actually been killing for 3 weeks now.  Anyone ever have a similar injury and what you did to overcome it quick? Maybe ice it daily?

That used to happen to me a lot. I ended up shortening my span. No problems since. Of course, changing your grip spans is a pretty big step.
