Title: Middle finger pain

My middle finger has been hurting after bowling.  Hurts at the first joint.  Any way to relieve the pressure?  I am 48 been bowling for a lot of years.   Maybe its arthritis.  Not sure.  Maybe a doctor could help.

I would have your PSO recheck your spans and finger pitches. Our hands change as we age. You may need to add reverse or shorten span on that finger to cure this issue
