Midpriced pearl ball....
«

I'm starting to do some looking for a midrange pearl ball, I don't really care for a high end ball, but besides that i'm pretty open. You can see my stats and equipment in my profile, I'm just looking for a midrange pearl that I can use to open the backends up some more. I like me set up but the downfall is I have smooth stuff and my Tropical isn't enough for what i'm looking for, any suggestions?
Thanks
Mike

Well, since it seems you like Storm...
T-Road Pearl and Rapid Fire Pearl can be pretty angular with the right drill and surface prep.
Besides Storm:
Brunswick Rampage (might be hard to find - the new Rattler is smoother downlane, stronger overall and will probably overlap your HY-Road too much)
Columbia Wrath Dead Flush (can be very sharp off friction with right drill)
Visionary Ogre SS

FWIW the emerald vibe filled this nicely... it was extremely angular on the backend and was the only ball i have found that will recover from the outside on the shot out at my house right now

I don't know what you consider mid-range, but perhaps a T-Road Pearl or Street Rod Pearl if that's a bit much. If you're not partial to Storm you might also look at the Ogre SS, New Breed Pearl, or Loud Noize.

Brunswick's Swarm. Good step up from the Trpoical with just a little more "steam", well-suited for medium conditions.

My Swarm has been one of the best I've ever owned. Just barely started throwing the Rattler and it looks REALLY GOOD...
