I heard a rumour today about a tournament that will supposedly be held some time next year, with a million-dollar prize fund, and the finals are to be televised live.  Unfortunately, that's all I heard, so I don't know whether it's supposed to be a megabucks-type event, whether past or present professional bowlers would be allowed, etc.

Anyone else out there hear the same rumour, and if so, do you have any more details?
