our league secretary says he lost our money its been 3 weeks now what would you do ?

This is why picking officers is important.  Many people believe that being picked to be president is just a pig kissing contest.  There are a lot of legal responsibilities that go with it.  It can equate to theft.  USBC will come down on whomever is responsible if it is a sanctioned league.  If it is not you need to have the league rules and contract in hand and seek legal action against the individual in question.  You will also need to get the center involved and let them know you are doing it.

You need to bring him to answer where the money has gone.. To say that he lost it, is totally unacceptable.. Don't be fooled here, this is your money man!! as well as many other bowlers..

Get tough with this guy, otherwise he will get away with it...

Basically, where is the money? Did u get it out of the bank? Did u get a cheque, or numerous cheques for individual teams? We want to see bank statements?

Hate to ask, but is the guy a gambler? alcoholic? or in debt? There could be your most likley answer.. I know this as it happened to me in an old league..
