I bowled in the match play portion of a tournament today.  While I was at the pro shop last night I found myself tempted to drill a ball, even though there was no need.  I think it's  mistake to drill a new price before a tournament.  I feel the need to practice with it in order to get to know the reaction and where it fits, how do you guys feel about that?  

It's like Yogi Berra used to say, "You gotta dance with the girl that brung ya".
