blems-because of stange weights?

Been seeing a lot of blems at my distributor lately.
A lot of them im getting because i cant see anything wrong with them, except strange wieghts. Would they make them blems because of weights?
example
14 lbs 14 oz 3-4 pins 3.23 top
14 15 oz 2-3 pins 2.97 top
15 lbs 11 oz 3-4 pins 3.53 top
15 ls 14 oz 2-3 pin 3.48 top
they all seem to be too light for 16 or 15
almost half sizes
I drilled up a few for myslef and have seen nothing wrong in performance. Since i went from 15 to 14 last year and back to 15 this year-those light 15 are actually nicer.
Well what have you heard or think?

You're exactly right. They are considered 1/2 weight balls. They're also probably smaller, but that's a good thing. But, as far as performance, everything is the same. Same core, same resin. =:^D

some are color and some are engraving problems
but these are neither-they look great
some are also 5.5+ pin and high top(over 4.5) or low top(under 2)-id call these bonanza's , but they have the label
but these are not
