My team has been in first place for all but three weeks the entire bowling season.  Three weeks ago we were in first place by 14 points in a 7 point system.  We lost all seven points for two weeks in a row (for the first time all year) and were put in a position where we needed to win one game last night to win the league.  Again we failed to win a game and lost!!!

I have never seen a team get shut out the last three weeks to lose the championship before and I can tell you it is really not a happy feeling.  

Our guys didn't bowl that well but the other team last night had a guy with a 194 average shoot 668 another shoots 753 at us.

Like the t-shirt I used to have said:  "BECAUSE LOSING SUCKS"

Handicap is great, isn't it?

Anybody know how to work the sarcasm button?

9 is back with a Vengeance!

SWEET SANDBAGGIN IS ME ALL DAY!!!!!  But i have already labeled myself the Unintentional sandbagger.  I dont do it on purpose sometimes it just happens, being new to bowling sometimes leads to me being very inconsistent, tugging, muscling, not reading lanes, not making adjustments.  


My team was in 1st place, and we have the fewest pin's of just about any team in the leauge.  We have a pretty low team average, and can all shoot over that average.  I am notorious for doing this, i had a 95 average, but then learned how to bowl adn my average on the leauge isnt gonna catch up to me anytime soon.    Ohhhhh well, it was unintentional i swear.  

So to make it up to every bowler everywehre that has ever been snubbed by handi-cap i went out as a sub in a leauge and did this.  http://www.ballreviews.com/Forum/Replies.asp?TopicID=52063&ForumID=16&CategoryID=5  Now i intend to keep this average for the 3 weeks that im bowling on this leauge.  And hopefully continue it during the mixed double leauge i plan on bowling this summer.
