Typically balls on the higher end of the hook spectrum are not "true" skid flip balls. They can have some angularity but not considered skid/flip. From what I have seen for that condition, you would want to look at something like the Innovate by Ebonite, Wrench by Hammer, 706A by Track. If you want a Storm ball, I have heard the Fringe is pretty angular on the backend.
Also.......when the lanes are heavier oil wise, nothing is going to flip because in order to have flip, you need a good amount of friction on the backend. On heavier conditions, you can achieve a hard roll on the ball; but definitely not flippy. However...on medium conditions, balls I mentioned above will give you what you are looking for.
