Without knowing how you throw the ball, the questions that I would ask myself would be:
1) What was I doing differently in the 237 game that I couldn't do in the 127 game? Was I bowling at a faster or slower pace to achieve the higher game? Was I making all of my spare shots and hitting my mark consistently before while my shot was all over the place in the latter game?
2) How many games were bowled in that set? Usually when I bowl a low game either mental or physical fatigue has set in, resulting in a lapse of concentration and the ability to pull shots that normally would be made with ease.
3) Adrenaline. Were you pumped up from bowling such a high game that when you bowled the following games, you pressed too hard and were unable to relax, which can also result in some unnatural shots.
I'm sure many more people will provide insight, but there's a good start to consider what happened and what can be worked on in the future.
