First I would have to say your PRO SHOP, but if you want to go the online route, then I would use Bowlers Paradise.

buddiesproshop.com.. I have used them 3 times and they where great eacxh time. They are also much cheaper than any pro shop and have great customer service.

On a side note, I would stay away form bowlersparadise. com. I had a teriible experience with them last year..

Bowling.com has been great in the past. Just dealt with Buddies on 2 balls and they did not ship when said they would. Even local pro shops had the balls before they did. Then they didn't even send the specs I requested. Not even close. They said they would send me another ball immediately but we shall see as this was on Thursday. This deal hasn't been the best experience I've had. Buddies like other online pro shops, drop ships from other distributors (Mine was from Houston distributor, Joe Burnett's) so it's not all their fault but they are responsible. Check with Doug Sterner also as he may be able to make you a great deal.

I have delt with many bowling websites, but first check out a local pro shop, if you don't like what you see there, pick a website with up to date equipment, that would be the safest.

I ordered a ball from Buddies last Monday and they said it shipped on Wednesday.  Sent a tracking number and UPS website still says that it has only received shipping information.  Poor communication.

NOT BUDDIES!!!

And did you bother to send them one tiny email?
I kind of doubt it.
