If you don't have anything positive to offer, don't say anything at all! Yes, of course, I own shares in Buddies. Puh-leeze!

I have ordered from Buddies several times and never had a problem and have gotten what I ordered in a timely manner.

If I lived near them I would use them all the time.

So then it's wrong for people who've had good experiences with buddies to post them?  Face it, your logic is horrible and shows you only have some vendetta against buddies.  You're getting pissed off because some people on here have had good experiences with buddies.  READ the original post, it asks for feedback about online stores.  If someone has positive feedback with a site, you're telling me they shouldn't post it because we should only know all the bad things about a site??

I should flame you since you praised bowlers paradise.  Afterall, this isn't a say nice things forum.

Thank you to all for your support. And to those who are not happy with us or do not like what we do, that is ok, everyone has an opinion and we understand that. This is why this is a forum. We have learned in our 15 years in business that not everyone will like what you do and some people will even have an opinion (good or bad) without ever making a purchase from you.

One little note. Long Roller says that when he tracks his package that the UPS website does not regognize the billing info. When I just entered the tracking info it says scheduled for delivery on Tuesday the 15th. So it seems to be working correctly.

Charlest, in all fairness, I have purchased a pair of ABS's from Buddies and received them really quick so not all of my experience with Buddies has been bad. Secondly, I have had communication with Chris from Buddies and he has attempted to work my situation out. Now, am I completely satisfied? No for reasons I mentioned in earlier post. Is he trying to make the situation right to some degree? Yes. But this has been a bad experience with Buddies on my part. Does that make them worse than another online store, no. People can make their own decisions. I spend my money (which is wayyyyyy to much lol) how I see fit and others should to. I agree with the consensus that positives and negatives should be posted to assist people in their decisions. Alot of people are happy with Buddies and that's great, alot of people are not and I say to them, try another online shop. No disrespect, just my opinion.

The ball is scheduled to come tomorrow.  I appreciate someones time for doublechecking that for me.  The main reason I complained was that I got a call Tuesday evening that they were shipping my ball the next day, which was great but I didn't see the tracking number come up correctly till last night.  Doesn't sound like Buddies fault and I apologize for the quick judgement.  You know us impatient bowlers....

My situation with Buddies has finally been resolved. Still don't know if I will deal with them again in the future due to the problems. Thanks.

I have made a few orders from Buddies, I got a couple of balls, a 4 roller bag, I got a spinner. The bag was held at UPS for wrong address. I wrote Buddies and told them and they took off my shipping.

I don't know of a company where the owner (Chris) calls customers when there is a problem like he has with me in the past.

I guess I would say Buddies is #1 in my book.

First of all, Chris is not the owner. He is a manager. Second of all, he is very unprofessional and discourteous behind the scenes. STAY AWAY FROM BUDDIES!!! See my post for reasoning.
