Motiv 2 Cruel lives up to the hype!!!
« on: July 07, 2012, 04:17:44 PM »
Very first game on this ball 233 second games 300 ( my 4th league 300) I am not a staff member just a fan and seller of the Motiv brand. I feel this ball is up to all the advertising hype.As a speed dominate stroker style.18 mph off hand and 180-220 revs measured at the cats in Reno. If you are looking for a new ball don't overlook this one from   MOTIV

Hey bad,

Were you able to compare it with the raptor p7? Want to know how they rival each other so im not buying the same ball twice.

the raptor p7 never worked that good for me although i did roll 276 and 267 on the same day with it . We don't encounter heavy oil patterns and I even took the surface down to 360 to get it to hook and still it would not work for me. discused this with justin from motiv and he advised me to fix the bowler. So I did. Changed my grip to a comfort grip then a performance grip and put my brace back on my game is back. at that point I put the raptor at 2000 with secret sause applied by hand and the shot big games with it. So I have sold my Raptor to a friend who has slower speed and more revs and It will work just fine for him.For me the best of the motiv balls I have have been the primal t4 the primal impulse ( this ball bails me out on broke down over under lanes)Raptor attack love this pearl and the Thrash is a great ball when you need to play a little straighter just kills the pocket. I have a sigma tour and it has the tightest layout and with a cover change  it will be my oil ball. the 2 Cruel is going to be my bench mark ball ( it is that special ) Thats what I have learned from using motiv all this last year here are my personal specks hope this will help you a little .

I appreciate the info bad. For me, i dont run into enough heavy oil to the raptor until i ran in the summer league i currently bowl in. Figure a 2cruel would be the answer when i need the ball to push further but have surface.

this coverstock is hooking when the raptor would not at 4000 so if you put some surface on it it should do that
