question is, I have been throwing more aggressive equipment most of the year, hiw who you know if a ball is burning up early if it doesn't roll out, just been leaving a lot of soft 10's lately.

Compare "Brittany Spares" shots to the others.

Brittany's ball loses axis rotation (what you call burning up) and rolls end over end into the pins.   They edit out the bad results.

The others maintain axis rotation much longer.

Even to the point of 625 Revs, the ball doesn't get into the roll phase, hits light pocket and deflects like a 12 lb ball.
