Moving soon to Del Rio, TX. Anybody bowl there?

Hey guys and gals,

My wife just got orders to Laughlin AFB, Del Rio, TX. We will be moving there beginning of March. Is anyone on here from around there or used to live there? What are the local lanes like? I know there is an alley on base but hopefully it isn''t run like the one here at Kirtland AFB. Let me know if you have any experience around there.

Only thing I know about Del Rio is there is a great Mexican restuarant there owned by the Calderon's it over looks the river.   When it rains in Del Rio it is amazing.  It floods and is wild to watch.

Thanks Smash. I'll keep that in mind. We have some great Mexican restaurants here in Albuquerque. Used to downpours here too.
