My apologies to Dynothane
« on: December 29, 2006, 04:39:17 AM »
For what happened in the other thread.  The direction it went was certainly not my intention.  I am still very disappointed in your customer service.  I will not however apologize for posting my feelings on being given the runaround on my order.  I still have no shoes, and have not received my promised phone call from Mr. Garner.  I did leave Mr. Yinger a voice message and that has yet to be returned also.

I really would like to be able to try the Tour Ultras, but I cannot do any more than what I have already.  If the company refuses to make contact with me or ship my order, there isn't much I can do.  I understand if you do not wish to sell them to me at this point.  You and I and most everyone else understand that this was the ONLY way for me to be able to get those shoes in that size.  It was not wrong for you to attempt to accommodate me.  I really appreciate it actually.  I have heard they are great shoes.  I will give it another week, and if I do not have the shoes by then, I will cancel my order and take my business to another company.

Again, I am sorry for causing a stink about your company, although it was for all the wrong reasons.

Sincerely,
Don Ladwig
