Jewls - My observations are this. The knee bend is what everyone else sees and one way to better this is to hold your position at the finish until the ball finishes through the pins. You may also want to feed the ball more parallel to the lane instead of the rapid decent. Think of sending the ball under a bar that is resting on a chair. See Ron Clifton's site for this.
I also see in clip one that you come around the ball a little early and this kills your leverage and rev rate possibilities. This causes you to release the ball a little further away from your ankle and have a slight chicken wing. If you look closely after your release your hand crosses to the inside of your line though your finish position of your arm is decent.
I bet if you work on staying down a little longer you will build this strength in your legs and working on staying behind the ball and staying closer to the ankle you will begin to throw a much more powerful ball.
You look pretty good much better than I am. I am just an Elixir Salesman.
