My first 800

I don't post on here that often, but I feel the urge too share my fortune of last night when I bowled my first 800...I went 290-277-279 for an 846...The one thing that sucks is I missed a 10 pin in the first frame of the second game...if I made it I would have tied the house record of 857...ah well, I'm as happy as a pig in sh*t anyway...

I had 32 strikes...the first game I left the 2-8 in the first frame then went off the sheet...second game left and missed a 10 pin first frame, then struck till the last ball in the 10th...third game I started off with the first 3, then left a 4 pin, and struck out...

Thanks...and bones, I can't let up next time I bowl...My summer league has a position week each week...My team is in third of thirty, and this late in the season you just can't afford to lose...I also see your point of still having the goal of attaining the high series, but it would have been nice to do it yesterday.

Heckler...great shooting!

I know how you feel about wishing that you broke the record.  Same thing happened to me at the end of the past fall season...should've gone 857 for the county high for the year and the house record.  Oh well...sometimes it just isnt' meant to be!

DAAMMMMMMM  -- That would be an awesome score on a shuffleboard bowling game (but of course the 10 pins are easier to make in that game)..lol   No kidding, nice shooting -- why not post it???  Pretty a-w-e-s-o-m-e (there I go again using my favorite word).

Thanks everyone...I hope I can keep the good scores coming, and maybe break my 300 drought...I bowled my one sactioned 300 back in October 2002, and have come close many, many times, but just haven't been able to do it...
