My first vid!!

Oh no....should I ?!? LOL

Last saturday....after our mixed league 9 pin no tap-end-of-the-season fun session,...banquet, etc....Taped by my brother which may be the reason for the "sideways" vid...lol, (working on fixing this!) just tilt your head

Ok...ball: My S&A (used) but, came oob w/ a high polish on it, so I hit it with a wet grey before going to league...it looks compound

lanes: gaurdian 18 ft, old wood the rest...40 ft pattern, 7 to 7, heavy in the middle. In practice, I had the best look and carry out of the s&a ... owner had a new cleaner/stripper being used, so it was playing shorter than usual w/ nice backends....

This shot....while not a strike, one of the better vids that turned out (sorry again for the quality folks) .....

Not sure if I want to do this, ....but.....here goes........(p.s.; never knew my first step was so small....anyhow) .......ON WITH IT ! LOL

Steven, ... that's the MB yes.....

For my game, axis rotation, etc ... & that core ....that is a modified hook-set drill ... jeeez, KOTM was just here,....hey King, help me out here !

The ball just seemed to do a pop a wheely and the bottom of your swing

I spoke to my brother today to see if he knew what happened and he said he had to change the view to landscape to get closer and get all of me in the picture, feet, etc.....and when he downloaded it he realized it had turned it sideways...oh well......sorry

TfRaUd: I agree. I just pulled that description of Jeff's expected drill reaction from the MoRich website. It sounded strange, but who am I to argue? Again, I'm not a MoRich guy, but the CG shouldn't come too much into play with this ball. He has the pin in a leverage position, and the MB is certainly in a strong position, so the ball is set up for higher flare.

Maybe there is something about MoRich cores that can also generate a sharp breakpoint w/leverage drills. It would be amusing to watch, but I know I couldn't consistently control it.

the cg comment from TfraUD I believe was a 'joke'

but....for the Vanguard Core (WMB and S&A) there is a chart of pin and mb placements based on a bowlers PAP coordinate...it can be used in general to get a desired hook-shape...AND...it can be tweaked and/or changed a bit by using target weighting w/ target holes ....

FOR THIS BALL and the target hole used, for MY coordinates, a 3 inch pin to pap and a 5" mb placement w/ that target hole gives a more forward rolling drill ..once again , FOR ME.  Also,....the pin placement also comes into play, KOTM put it about 2 1/4 or 2 1/2 inches from VAL , which has an affect as well....but I'll let King explain that !

Tfraud, just wondering why Mo would want to target where the CG would end up in relation to a bowlers PAP/track/grip ect...

Because, everyone knows that the ending CG doesn't matter..!! =:^D
