See this page.  Depending on what type of machine you have, there are several patterns available.  The last time I looked, they were pretty old, from when the sport bowling programs were being developed and the original test patterns designed.  Remember, too, that the patterns for the ToC, World Championship, US Open, and USBC Masters are all sport-compliant, so there are more than the five standard patterns you can use.  I've heard that the senior and regional patterns are sport-compliant and have been for quite a while.
