Knee bend is fine. Maybe a back angle is needed.

Advice from a 13 year old and a 16 year old with no credentials. I believe you said in another post you are working with an instructor. Be a good Jedi apprentice and take advice only from your Jedi Master. The force is not strong with these wannabes.

Looked good! According to the ron clifton site you could turn your ankle in to get some added leverage on the ball, if you are struggling with rev's or speed.
To my untrained eye i seen very little wrong with it.

I am a young one too... But, looks great to me! I agree with Urethane Game on listening to your jedi master. LOL. But, nothing wrong with more opinions just trust coach over others.

I thought your form looked good, but it appears as if you rush the shot a bit. Maybe slow down the foot work a little so you can slow down your armswing as well. They both appear to be forced judging by the video. I know a few people that tend to throw the ball with a very quick armswing like that and most of them tend to be very inconsistent with hitting their marks. If it works for you, stick with it. But, if you struggle hitting your mark consistently, it would hurt you if you decided to try out any tough shots or the sport shot for example. Other than that, I'd say you have a pretty good idea of what you're doing out there.
