I just use a random number generator on my phone.  I gather the scores, say low of 120 and a high of 230, then set my parameters from 110 to 240.  I keep generating the number until I hit the winning number.  Announce the number and wait for the next game.  Only one announcement, so no long drawn out interuption on the speakers.  The App was free for the iphone.
